Located across England, Sports and Leisure Management Ltd, or as they’re more widely recognised as, Everyone Active, is the UKs longest-established leisure contractor. Everyone Active now manages over 200 leisure and cultural centres in partnership with more than 60 local authorities!
Since 2011, we have been their design agency of choice and have worked on thousands of projects to support all aspects of business activity. From creative concepts for fitness and swim lesson campaigns, art direction of photography, the development of training materials for colleagues or helping bring to life the look and feel for brand-new community engagement initiatives… we’ve pretty much done it all with Everyone Active.
Over the years, we’ve ingrained ourselves within the DNA of Everyone Active, engaging with teams up and down the country daily, helping to find solutions to complex challenges and delivering results quickly.
The Goal.
Since day one, we’ve been actively involved in helping develop Everyone Active into a well-known and easily recognisable brand as they’ve grown from 65 sites to over 220 in the past 13 years. Sales targets and full centres are important, but enthused members who see their local centre as a vital part of the community are critical to the continued success of the business.
The Process.
A national sales campaign will include mail-dropped leaflets, internal and external banners and posters, localised out-of-home media, multi-channel social media assets and artwork for e-comms, push notifications and landing pages. All this is planned, managed and delivered by our in-house design team, working closely with the Everyone Active marketing and sales teams.
Despite being truly national, Everyone Active materials are created to be adapted to fit the needs of their local authority partners. Our experience makes handling these bespoke requests straightforward, and results in impressed councils and a more heavily engaged community.
Campaign.
January is the jewel in the crown of the fitness calendar as goals are set and members new and old look to start the year off on the right foot. With that in mind, and the competition for attention fierce, Everyone Active strives for improved results each year. 2024 was no different.
To push their seasonal offer of ‘£1 joining fee for everyone’, we produced a set of both digital and print materials featuring a bold offer and strong visuals. With Everyone Active planning on delivering more than one million leaflets to households nationwide, we had to get it right! The Creative62 team added an animated element to this campaign too, with eye-catching and engaging out-of-home digital screens selected across the country. To develop relationships with prospects who were already in and around the centres, we worked up an array of in-centre materials, social media posts and assets for their marketing emails.
